My experience with Thapos!

It has been a great experience that I am working in the present job role, sooner or later I decided last year to explore better opportunities. It took me one year to find relevant job opening which I can  apply. Rather than going by a company name or a location or size of the company, I shortlisted job roles which are interesting where I can contribute to the organization and seek a challenge worth  pursuing.  On Dec 17th 2020, I came across the job role of Thapos on Indeed, which I saved and applied on Dec 18th 2020 having read it thoroughly, yet crafting the cv as per the job requirement. Since November 14th to this day, I have been continuously improving, refining and updating my CV for applying jobs  mostly on LinkedIn and Indeed. Investing 30 min time on myself, had got me learn many things about myself, I believe I should continue working on self and keep improving on the basis of SWOT chart. Although I applied to Thapos, I didn’t receive any feedback or reply from the team. I go

The power of consistency!

It's hard to create habits, it's even harder to yield results it's the hardest to stick to a things/task when it's taking time. We all are said by things which would help us become better humans but we aren't said about how to live upto it making it the most important part of lives. Look at the successful things in the world they have reached to thier position just because of consistency.  They were consistent in approach, consistebt in their thought process, consistent in doing things and making things better even if they failed they consistently tried to overcome the problems. There may not be a proper definition of consistency as it's itself a adverb, which support the whole sentence. It's true that having consistency improves lives. A sports person who is consistent in his approach goes on to become a good sports persons A student who is consistent in securing good grades goes on to become a good learner A finance fund with accurate consistency goes on t

what happens when you face your biggest fears??

Do you need college to learn anything??

It you ask me i didn't benefit from a college degree anytime. Infact a study says staggering no. Of 87% people don't benefit from education. 87% is a huge no. That can't be ignored but when it comes to employment education plays a major role in terms of identification of skills. Many corporates in my opinion put up a board saying minimum degree qualifications required for hiring, but at the end in an given entry level interview in my view only 2% qualify out of any given no. Hiring managers go through a tough time to find skills relevance based on education. Elon Musk the CEO who is a self taught rocket engineer says college degrees are worthless, nobody gains any benefit from colleges, most of the things are available almost got free and online. Musk also complaints about having too many MBAs in the market who tend to lower the value of any work. It's such a strange thing to hear from someone like Elon Musk who started companies like Tesla, SpaceX , Boring Company, Ope

Leader - A genius with a thousand helpers.

It's been more than 2 years I've been trying to understand what's leader or what's leadership. Show leadership abilities, become a leader, think like a leader, work like a leader, are all the terms I've listened atleast once in the near past. We are often given examples of politicians, ceo's, sportspersons and writers. But it's still unclear as the definitions is not itself clearly defined in examples.  I came across a poster a "Leadership is when people obey you when you're not obliged." Another statement I often come across are "Leaders are born not made" There is also another statement, which says "Leadership is the consistency of practice which are denoted as examples. It's still unclear as to what's leader or leadership is. Let's ask Google, it defines "a group or I individual who can lead or influence a group." It's a deeper meaning which implies to what Google has said. Leading a team and influenc

Is love enough?

Certainly not! Love is not at all enough when you want to settle down in a marriage. Although people say love is the one that survives the marriage, but it isn't. Out of 100 close to 22 marriages break in india incase of arranged marriages and only 13 marriages fail in India yet love marriages have a high chance of rebound.  Why love is so much important because the person, the uniqueness of that person, the efforts they put in to pursue such a relationship and even the things related to the person also get accepeted for who they are hence we tend to value to things which we've worked hard for and in arranged marriages cases things are taken for granted. We live in a society where a girl's beauty is measured in terms of boy's earning ability. The concept of justification is itself is baseless as beauty fades away but the earnings potential increases. So why to pursue such investments? The base would be much storngers when both persons thought process match, values match

Machine Learning, AI and myself.

I am an ardent fan of engineering, although I haven't studied engineering in graduation I've a strong inclination towards technologies and learning them. I know how to code, write websites, do animations, understand the coding structure and even understand complex codes ever written by any engineer. Although to work in this field a strong mindset, logical reasoning, and thought clarity with a vision is required. I started learning these technologies way back in my graduation where I was taught HTML website development, which I found to be way easier than economics and accountancy combined. I also learnt RDBMS relational database management systems, and moving forward I also learnt C++ and Java core basics but not in depth. Although these were technologies which were working on top demand during those days, I didn't want to get into this field coz I'll always be driven by people of bad ideas and the unfair opportunity cost of losing jobs and becoming unemployed eventuall
