Women-Led Relationships is the new equality

In a world where women are becoming increasingly empowered, it's no surprise that relationships between them and their partners are changing too. In this article, we'll explore the concept of Women Lead Relationships and why it is so important in creating an equal power dynamic between individuals. Find out why more and more couples are embracing this idea and how it can help improve your relationship.

Since the olden age or a medieval period or let it be the present scenario the patriarchal society is continuously dominating the world.  Women though holding the major role in the family have to be in the men's dominion.Successful men always say there is a women's hand beyond their success, But women's place is just behind the curtain. In the yesteryears onwards women were restricted to their kitchen. Marriage was the only means that made women respected and helped to own the financial status. Right to speech, Right to education, Right to freedom, Right to hold the priority was crushed under the foot of women. Despite literate or ipliterate, women led the life of a scorpion under the men’s foot. Overall.  womanhood had suffered and in some orthodox societies is still suffering for their rights. Right from the killing of the female foeticide to burning alive, there was no choice left for women to endure the agony as they didn't ever know to stand up for their rights and defend themselves as well, instead, they tried every means to keep up their positions in the family its not just a fall for the woman but its a thought of respect to be in the family to carry their legacy forward and keep up the reputation of the family.

On the other hand, there were brave ladies like Bibi Khatija, Bibi Aisha, Bibi Sheba of Yemen,  Rudramma Devi, Chand Bibi,  Rani Jhansi Laxmi Bai who ruled the countries and were lions in the battlefield or in their own respective genre. Razia Sultana has led the Delhi Sultanate.. If we talk about the western countries women’s position was equally poor when compared to India and the Middle East too, for a long period of time, Benazir Bhutto and Indira Gandi were long given examples in the global map during their reign as political leaders, the status of women in Africa ………….    as both men and women together had to go a long walk for freedom to gain equal rights in America due to racial discrimination.

In recent years, there has been a shift in the traditional dynamic of relationships. Women are now taking on a more dominant role, and men are assuming a more submissive position. This change is largely due to the fact that women are now more educated and have better career opportunities than they did in the past. As a result, they are less dependent on men financially and are therefore able to assert themselves more in relationships.

This new equality between the sexes is having a positive impact on relationships. couples are now able to communicate and cooperate more effectively, and there is less pressure on men to be the sole breadwinners. As women take on more responsibility in relationships, it is also becoming easier for them to balance their work and home lives.

There are still some areas where traditional gender roles persist, but overall, this shift towards equality is benefiting both men and women. It is creating healthier, happier relationships that are based on mutual respect and cooperation.

Queen  Elizabeth and Queen Victoria The ladies from the royal families of the west have successfully led their countries. Florence Nithingale being a lady of worked for the humanity, Sarojini Naidu wrote many poems  in the praise of women. Mother Teresa beng a lady stood up alone in the society to work for human kind.. The other dynamic ladies like the former prime minister of India Mrs Indira Gandhi and Benazir Bhutto have successfully ruled their countries and become public figures.

When all these successful ladies overtook men , thus becoming an exemplar of womanhood why not other women were daring enough? It is up to them either to move forward towards their career or marry and settle down or proceed with their career while maintaining their families. Family is equally important to both men and women as the career is but it is more important to women as women always think of nurturing their children when their marriage has a break-off or a calamity may strike them.

The benefits of having a woman lead in your relationship

In today's society, it is more common for women to be in leadership positions than ever before. And while some may argue that this shift in power dynamics is causing problems in relationships, the truth is that there are many benefits to having a woman lead in your relationship.

For one, studies have shown that women are more likely than men to be relationship-oriented and focused on communication. This means that they are more likely to work through conflicts and issues in a constructive way, rather than resorting to violence or leaving the relationship altogether.

Additionally, women are often more attuned to their partner's emotional needs and can provide greater levels of support and intimacy. And since women tend to live longer than men, they can provide stability and continuity in a relationship over the long term.

So if you're looking for a equal, supportive, and communicative partnership, then consider finding a woman to lead your relationship. You might just be surprised at how well it works out for both of you!

Women in the workforce

In recent years, there has been a shift in the workplace. More and more women are taking on leadership roles and making an impact in the business world. This is a positive change that is slowly but surely creating equality in the workforce.

There are many reasons why women make great leaders. They are often excellent communicators and relationship builders. They are also usually very good at multitasking and handling multiple projects at once. These skills are essential in today’s fast-paced business world.

Despite these strengths, women still face many challenges in the workplace. They often have to deal with gender stereotypes and discrimination. They may also be paid less than their male counterparts for doing the same job.

Despite the challenges, it is important for women to continue to strive for equality in the workplace. We need more female leaders to help create a balance of power in businesses and organizations. Only then will we truly achieve equality between men and women in the workforce.

Women in relationships

Though it may not be the popular opinion, women leading relationships are the new equality. In the past, society has pushed for women to take a backseat in relationships, whether it be through media or personal interactions. However, times are changing and now women are taking charge in their relationships more than ever before.

There are many reasons why women might want to lead their relationships. For one, it can help to create a more equal balance of power between partners. When both partners feel like they have an equal say in decision making, it can help to reduce conflict and create a more harmonious relationship. Additionally, leading the relationship can also allow women to feel more empowered and in control of their own lives.

Of course, there are also some challenges that come along with taking on this role. It is important to communicate openly with your partner about your expectations and needs in order to avoid misunderstandings. Additionally, you may find that you need to put in extra effort to maintain the relationship as you will be the one responsible for keeping things on track. However, if you are willing to put in the work, leading your relationship can be an incredibly rewarding experience.

The new equality

In the past, relationships were typically seen as a man being the head of the household and the woman being the submissive homemaker. However, times have changed and now relationships are much more equal. Both men and women are now working towards equality in all aspects of their relationship.

One area where this is most evident is in the division of labour within the home. Traditionally, women would be responsible for all domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning and childcare. However, now both men and women are sharing these responsibilities more equally. This is not only good for gender equality, but also for the overall health of the relationship.

Another area where equality is becoming more evident is in financial decision-making. In the past, it was typically up to the man to make all major financial decisions for the household. However, now couples are working together to make these decisions, taking into account both partners' needs and desires. This helps to promote equality and avoid one partner feeling like they are in charge or that their opinion doesn't matter.

Finally, equality is also being promoted through open communication between partners. In order to maintain a healthy relationship, it's important that both partners feel like they can openly communicate with each other about their thoughts and feelings. When both partners feel like they can openly express themselves, it helps to promote equality and understanding within the relationship.

Our world has a detailed and past history of women's empowerment. As a matter of fact when women have led the countries why not women can lead the families. I  can't say that women can only lead the families and relations for being mean or else to get financial status or authorities but this happens where men are hen-pecked, wise men always wish their ladies to get empowered independent, job oriented work for their upliftment, and also to take up the responsibility of the families and children. In such cases relations and families together  are always successful reaching the peak of success.

How to achieve the new equality

The traditional power dynamic in relationships has been men leading and women following. But, as society has evolved, so have relationships. Today, more and more women are taking the lead in their relationships, whether it’s through financial contributions, decision-making, or simply being the one who initiates sex.

There are many benefits to having a woman take the lead in a relationship. For one, it can help to create a more balanced dynamic between partners. When both partners feel like they have an equal say in decisions and an equal level of control, it can help to foster a greater sense of equality and respect.

Additionally, studies have shown that when women take the lead in relationships, couples tend to be more satisfied sexually and overall, with their relationship. So, if you’re looking to spice things up or add some excitement back into your relationship, letting your woman take the lead may be just what you need.

In most of the family's majority of the women are the cleverest members with good understanding, smart, caring, and prompt in decision making right from their childhood thus carrying their legacy forward in their career. For example, to their in-laws' house, business. Most women lead their natal and in-laws' families together. While supporting their children with economic needs they even take care of and support their natal family.

Women have been in the major roles from the previous times. In the olden days, only ladies were given the post of teachers; they possess the capability of moving smoothly with the children. At the present period, there must be one lady in the team whether it is in the public sector or the private sector so that she can be of humanity to lead the team in difficult situations. Presently there are many women who successfully topped the business and industrialization Currently women are also holding the Parliament sessions as they possess the ability to listen keenly with patience to the problems of the society and can take the decisions wisely. Women have strongly flourished in the fields of politics. Becoming the supreme power in all these areas women has confined their scope as they are daring to proceed despite all the odds thus becoming the right mentor in whatever field the work whether it's a homemaker to an incumbent.

A big example I am gonna give is of Penny and Leonard from the fanous sit-com series The Big Bang Theory, where in an episode, a person asks leonard as to how he's with such a girl like penny, he says we're married, to which he reacts shockingly as to why a girl like penny with a nerd like Leonard, to which his friend joins him utter shock, and tehy tend to ask them how and Leonard explains their story.
By the time he ends up telling their story there are a group of people patiently sitting and listening, to which they ask who proposed Leonard says Penny, and in addition to that he says she's an actress and then adds up saying she even earns more than him to which they are in more deeper shock celebrating their relationship.

The primary thing to consider here is the society has set things in a order that women tend to be lower than a man, should be less skilled than a man, a beautiful girl should be with only a rich person. The above situation challenged the customs every way and then ended with how comfortable both are with each other despite Leonard earning less than of penny and penny being less skilled than of Leonard yet  earning higher and she being respective of Leonard and his job and his appearance too. That's in simple sense an example of a women led relationship where a women maintain the status quo despite being higher or even investing her best self to maintain their relationship well.
